Flora Chamber of Commerce Annual Halloween Parade

Theme: Iconic Movie Characters

The parade will kick off at 7:00 p.m. and is sponsored by the Flora Chamber of Commerce. 

Staging for the parade will begin at 5:00 p.m. and end at 6:15. We are asking participants to arrive at the appropriate staging areas during this time allowing the road to be clear by 6:15p.m.

There will be a $10 late fee for all enteries not registered by the Ocotber 27th deadline.

Groups, organizations, businesses and individuals interested in participating in the parade are asked to complete the 2023Halloween Parade Registration Form.

All horse riders are asked to complete the 2023 Halloween Parade HORSE Registration Form. **All horse entries are required to show proof of Coggins test before entry in parade.**

Forms are available on the Flora Chamber of Commerce Facebook page, and the Chamber office. 

Payment:
Cash or check only made payable to: Flora Chamber of Commerce, if paying by card, an invoice will be sent to the email address provide on the form.

Please be respectful of your staging area, and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived, including picking up any decorations, candy, trash, or anything left by any participating animals. You also agree to not throw candy or any items from any animal, vehicle or float.

The Flora Chamber of Commerce or the City of Flora is not responsible for accidents or injuries incurred by parade participants, to self, or equipment.
