Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Support Group – July

SWAN’s Caregiver Advisor Program is facilitating two support groups each month at the Clay County Health Department in Flora. It is always the first Thursday of the month. The Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Support Group meets at 3 pm. These support groups are free and open to the public.
