Vendor Event Timing: November 6th 5PM-9PM and November 7th 9AM-1PM

Vendor set up locations will be released a few days-a week prior.

Vendor fee is $20 for Both Days $15 for One Day - Non Chamber Member | Free for Chamber Members

All fees To be paid via cash, check, or online (w/processing fee) - paid before the event at the Flora Chamber of Commerce

If you pay with check please make it out to Flora Chamber of Commerce

Vendor Responsibilities

• The vendor agrees to deliver the agreed goods or services punctually and at the expected quality, while adhering to all applicable safety and legal standards.
• The vendor provides their own tent and will have weights on each leg of tent to ensure safety of others.
• The vendor understands that this event will be rain or shine.
• Vendors are strongly encouraged to carry appropriate liability insurance coverage for their business operations while participating in Fall into Flora. Insurance can help protect vendors against claims involving personal injury, property damage, or other potential liabilities that may arise during event activities. While insurance coverage is not required to participate in Fall into Flora, vendors are responsible for their own products, equipment, and business activities.
