Vendor Event Timing: Decmber 11th 6th 5PM-8PM and December 12th 9AM-2PM

Vendor set up locations will be released a few days-a week prior and will be located indoors.

Vendor fee is $20 for Both Days $15 for One Day

All fees To be paid via cash, check, or online (w/processing fee) - paid before the event at the Flora Chamber of Commerce

Vendor Responsibilities

• The vendor agrees to deliver the agreed goods or services punctually and at the expected quality, while adhering to all applicable safety and legal standards.
• The vendor provides their own set up.
• Vendors are strongly encouraged to carry appropriate liability insurance coverage for their business operations while participating in Fall into Flora. Insurance can help protect vendors against claims involving personal injury, property damage, or other potential liabilities that may arise during event activities. While insurance coverage is not required to participate in Fall into Flora, vendors are responsible for their own products, equipment, and business activities.
• Vendors are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior at all time
