Halloween Parade - General Registration

Register for the Flora Chamber Halloween events. Choose your ticket below.

You must register no later than NOON on Friday, October 30th at the Flora Chamber of Commerce office at 223 W. Railroad St., TUES/WED/FRI between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

You must have a Registration Number Card in order to be judged in the parade, and have a place in the lineup. You will be placed in line per the staging director instructions based on arrival to area and whether there is music in your entry.

Staging area will be given the day you register - parade numbers will be given the day of the parade when you check in. Location of Staging Area based on type of entry, not type of category.

Please be respectful of your staging area, and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived, including picking up any decorations, candy, trash, or anything left by any participating animals. Please do not leave cars parked in staging areas.

For public safety, you also agree to not throw candy or any items from any vehicle or float. If caught throwing anything from the vehicles, you understand that you can be disqualified from judging. You also agree that the driver of the vehicle will stay in the vehicle during parade route.

Please help us keep the parade moving smoothly for everyone's enjoyment. If you've been kindly reminded by local law enforcement or a Chamber Director/Volunteer to continue moving, and the issue persists, we may need to ask you to exit the parade to ensure the event stays on schedule.

THE FLORA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE OR THE CITY OF FLORA ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES INCURRED BY PARADE PARTICIPANTS, TO SELF OR EQUIPMENT.

The registering participant, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as a requirement for participation in the Flora Chamber of Commerce Halloween Parade:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in the pet parade involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury to myself, my pet(s), or others. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

2. Health and Vaccination: I confirm that my pet is in good health and up-to-date with vaccinations. I will not bring my pet to the event if they are unwell.

3. Behavior and Control: I agree to keep my pet on a leash or in an appropriate carrier at all times and to maintain control of my pet during the event. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my pet’s behavior.

4. Aggressive Behavior: I understand that aggressive pets are not allowed. If my pet exhibits aggressive behavior, I will remove them from the event immediately.

5. Waste Disposal: I agree to clean up after my pet and properly dispose of any waste in designated bins.

6. Photography and Media: I consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes by the Flora Chamber of Commerce Halloween Parade.

8. Release and Indemnity: I release and hold harmless the Flora Chamber of Commerce Halloween Parade, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and partners from any liability for injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur as a result of participation in the pet parade.

9. Compliance with Rules: I agree to comply with all event rules and guidelines provided by the Flora Chamber of Commerce Halloween Parade and its representatives.
